responsibilities involve the development and implementation of the University's

registration, retention and enrollment information management.
The Dean serves as the Divisional
liaison to the Board of Trustees, the Academic Deans, the Office of University
Advancement, the Athletic Department, the Office of Planning, Training and
Institutional and Research and the Office of Alumni Affairs.

2) designing an interim strategic communication plan, 3) reorganizing
current communication functions and 4) providing the University with a
functional method of establishing an Office of University Communication by
Fall 2006.
